This place was as described and worked out perfectly for me, a traveling nurse. It is a shared house, but all the other guests were quiet when I worked nights and respectful of my sleeping schedule and also clean so this was never a problem for me. I rented this place while staying in San Diego for a few months due to work and it was close enough to work and to the city center. Would recommend to a friend!
