Discounts

Holding Deposit Terms:

  • All units are booked with a Non-Refundable Holding Deposit that is paid online.
  • Since we receive many more inquiries than we can accommodate, the units are rented on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Only a paid Holding Deposit will guarantee that the requested unit will be available on the requested dates.
  • Once the holding deposit is paid, the unit will be held for you until the guest arrives. All other rental requests for those dates will be refused.
  • The holding deposit will be applied and subtracted from your rental fee when you arrive.

No-Show Policy: If a guest does not show up or contact us to tell us that they will be delayed, then, after 24-hours, we will open the unit up to new reservations and may rent the unit to someone else.

Available Discounts

3+ Multi-Month Discount (already factored into the published price)

  • The rental rates listed are for 3-month stays, and a 10% discount has already been applied.
  • You are welcome to extend your stay at the discounted rate if the unit is available. If you give us 45-day notice, the unit will usually be available, as we tend not to book far in advance.
  • The multi-month discount works like this: You pay the first and last month, minus the Deposit when you check in. When the last month comes, you don’t pay anything, as you have already paid for it.

Cash/Check Discount (not factored into the published price)

  • If you opt to pay via cash/check, your rent will be reduced by an additional 5% off the price listed on this website.
  • Cash has no fee, you get the full 5% discount.  Checks have a $40 (per check) fee.
  • Checks must be originated from a US-based bank.
  • There will be a $60 fee for dishonored checks or checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
  • A detailed receipt will be emailed after each payment. The receipt format is accepted at all corporations and by US government departments like the FAA and DOD.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome at our Chamoune Unit and Peaceful Condo for an additional $300 pet fee (to cover the additional cost of cleaning and pet wear and tear). At the discretion of management, some dog breeds may not be allowed. All dogs must be in good health and need to be approved prior to arrival. No other pets are allowed. Please contact us prior to your visit if you wish to bring your dog.

Occupancy:

  • Each unit can accommodate a fixed amount of people. This limit is listed on the page for the given unit on this website.
  • This number is assumed to be one, if you have plans for more, please ask for the price.
  • The number of occupants you signed up for is specified on the “Terms” page of your contact.
  • Non-Overnight Guests: A guest is welcome to have occasional non-overnight guests, i.e. dinner guests, up to 5 times a month. They must also comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon the “Occupancy” section of your contact and only use street parking.
  • Overnight Guests: Overnight guests (family, BF, GF, etc.) are welcome with advanced notice. They must also comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon the “Occupancy” section of your contract and only use street parking.
  • Because overnight guests increase the usage of electricity, water, wear, and tear, and the value of the unit (it wouldn’t be fair to rent a unit for one person and cram 3 into it, all splitting the rent), you have an overnight guest allowance.
  • The overnight guest allowance is 1 guest for a maximum of 5 days a month.
  • Overnight guests that stay beyond this allowance will incur a fee of $10/per guest/per day.
  • Please notify us if you plan to have any overnight guests at all.
  • If the amount is over your monthly allotment, please let us know the number of people and night, so we can get you a quote and invoice.

Receiving mail and packages:

  • Each unit may receive both letter and packages.
  • The addressing requirements for each unit are different.
  • To avoid your packages getting lost, please ask the host what the best method to address mail and packages for your given unit.
  • We recommend using commercial services such as UPS, FedEx, etc. for important items, although you welcome to use the US post office if you wish.
  • All our units are in safe neighborhoods. Since 2014, we have never had a single package or letter stolen.
  • Even mislabeled packages have been recovered.
  • We take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, due, to improper addressing, mail and package delivery services, or any other reason.
