Green Room

The Layout:

Your private suite/room is inside a spacious house with shared facilities such as a full kitchen, living room with 65-inch TV, sofa-sleeper, dining area, laundry room, outdoor patio with BBQ and patio furniture, and much more. Each room has a keyless electronic door lock for additional privacy.

*Both the Red and Blue Suites have in-suite bathrooms and reserved parking on the premises.
*The Green/Grey Room shares a bathroom with the Green/Gray Room and ample street parking is available.

Your Private Area:

Your bedroom has a 40-inch TV with a full cable lineup as well as an Apple TV so you can stream free movies and TV shows on demand. Anything from Netflix, HBO, YouTube, Disney Chanel, WSJ, Bloomberg, ESPN, PBS, MLS, MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, the Tennis Channel, PBS Kids, and many more.

The Shared Areas

The shared kitchen is spacious and features a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove, full-sized oven, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, cutlery, pans, pots, wine opener, can opener, salt/pepper, paper towels, etc. We stock the kitchen with bottled water and fresh Starbucks coffee beans.

What guests can access

Each suite is equipped with everything you could possibly need. In addition to this, you have full access to the full kitchen, living room with a 65-inch TV, dining area, and back patio. Each guest has assigned space in the refrigerator, both a shelf and door section, as well as cabinet space for dry goods. The kitchen is stocked with condiments and basic cooking essentials. You will find everything needed for an afternoon in the sun or a BBQ in the back in the large patio equipped with a propane BBQ, sun umbrella, and beautiful outdoor furniture. The laundry room is always stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and an ironing board. The Wi-Fi is the fastest you can get.

About the neighborhood

The house is just off of Silver Strand in a tranquil residential family neighborhood

It is within walking distance from tons of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, two gyms, two haircut shops/salons, a few banks, Walmart, Home Depot, nail salon, acupuncture clinic, you name it.

Imperial Beach Pier is just a few blocks from the house. Alongside the pier you will find local hot spots for surfing, swimming, fishing, and even rentals shops to get the necessary gear!

It is right off the Silver Strand and perfect for those working at North Island. A 10-minute drive or 30-minute bike ride down the Silver Strand Bike Path will get you to the main gate in no time all the while avoiding traffic, the Coronado bridge, and any traffic rush.

How to get around

Everything you need is within walking distance on manicured sidewalks. If you want to go to North Island or Silver Strand State Beach, a bike or quick Uber ride will get you there!
