Imperial Beach House

The Layout:

Each room in this 4-bedroom Imperial Beach house has a full-size closet and many drawers. It is fully equipped with all the essentials and amenities you would find in a hotel. Just bring your toothbrush!
With the Red Suite, you get:

• Private bathroom.
• Private parking space.
• Entrance, to the outside.
• Mini fridge for having cold drinks right in your suite.
• Keyless door-lock (with an optional auto-lock feature) for the door that connects you to the shared kitchen and living room.
• 40-inch TV with all the channels and movies-on-demand that the living room TV has.

With the Blue Suite, you get:

• You own private bathroom
• Your own parking space.
• A keyless lock for the door connecting your suite to the rest of the house. It even has an auto-lock function.
• 40-inch TV with all the channels and movies-on-demand that the living room TV has.

Each room and the entire house has Wi-Fi access. We recently bumped up the speed of the Internet to over 30Mbps and upgraded the cable TV line-up with every sports channel on Cox cable’s 223 channel lineup. Even the TV remote is voice operated!

Guest access

Each room is equipped with everything you could possibly need.

In addition to this, you have full access to the full kitchen, living room with a 65-inch TV, dining area, and back patio. The kitchen is stocked with condiments and basic cooking essentials. You will find everything needed for an afternoon in the sun or a BBQ in the back in the large patio equipped with a propane BBQ, sun umbrella, and beautiful outdoor furniture. The laundry room is always stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and an ironing board.

Interaction with guests

Our family is approachable, extremely friendly, and enjoys interacting with our guests. We are just a text message or call away if you ever need anything at all.

What guests can access

Each guest has assigned space in the refrigerator, both a shelf and door section, as well as cabinet space for dry goods. The kitchen is stocked with condiments and basic cooking essentials. You will find everything needed for an afternoon in the sun or a BBQ in the back in the large patio equipped with a propane BBQ, sun umbrella, and beautiful outdoor furniture. The laundry room is always stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and an ironing board. The Wi-Fi is the fastest you can get.

About the neighborhood

The house is just off of Silver Strand in a tranquil residential family neighborhood

It is within walking distance from tons of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, two gyms, two haircut shops/salons, a few banks, Walmart, Home Depot, nail salon, acupuncture clinic, you name it.

Imperial Beach Pier is just a few blocks from the house. Alongside the pier you will find local hot spots for surfing, swimming, fishing, and even rentals shops to get the necessary gear!

It is right off the Silver Strand and perfect for those working at North Island. A 10-minute drive or 30-minute bike ride down the Silver Strand Bike Path will get you to the main gate in no time all the while avoiding traffic, the Coronado bridge, and any traffic rush.

How to get around

Everything you need is within walking distance on manicured sidewalks. If you want to go to North Island or Silver Strand State Beach, a bike or quick Uber ride will get you there!
